Business Growth Accelerator Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Commitment Period

Membership of the Business Growth Accelerator Club is subject to a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the date of joining.

2. Early Redemption / Early Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the 6-month minimum term, an early redemption fee of £1,000 (plus VAT) will apply, minus any membership payments you have already made.

Example:

  • If you have paid £237.60 (2 months at £118.80), your early redemption fee becomes £1,000 – £237.60 = £762.40 + VAT.

This fee is payable immediately upon cancellation.

3. Attendance & Non-Attendance Fee

Your attendance is essential for maintaining group dynamic, continuity, and the collective progress of all members.

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled group session without prior written notice, an additional £100 non-attendance fee (plus VAT) will be charged.
  • There are no refunds for missed sessions.

This policy exists to preserve the integrity of the programme, ensure consistency, and maintain the shared understanding of “where we are at” within the group at every stage.

4. Payment Method & Billing Date

All membership payments must be made via GoCardless Direct Debit.

  • Payments are collected on the 1st of each month.
  • Monthly membership fee:
    • £99 + VAT = £118.80 per month, when paid via GoCardless.

5. Payment Not Made via GoCardless

If you fail or refuse to pay via GoCardless (e.g., paying by bank transfer, card, or any other method), the membership fee increases to:

  • £150 + VAT per month.

This applies from the first month any alternative payment method is used.

6. VAT

All prices stated are exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be added at the prevailing UK rate at the time of billing.

7. Membership Responsibilities

By joining, you agree to:

  • Participate fully in both the monthly group session and the monthly 1:1 session.
  • Complete agreed actions and follow the programme structure.
  • Respect the confidentiality and contribution of other group members.

8. Programme Changes

Consulting & Coaching Ltd reserves the right to update or modify programme content, session dates, or delivery format where necessary to maintain the quality and effectiveness of the programme.

9. Termination by Consulting & Coaching Ltd

We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time if a member:

  • Behaves inappropriately,
  • Disrupts the group dynamic,
  • Fails to pay on time, or
  • Violates these Terms.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in the Business Growth Accelerator Club, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions in full.
