Thank you for purchasing The Entrepreneur’s Marketing & Sales System from Consulting & Coaching Ltd. We take pride in the quality of our content and the service we provide. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Physical Book Purchases
If you have purchased a physical copy of the book directly from our website:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return

Include your name, order number, and proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or dispatched in error.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please email support@consultingandcoaching.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) where appropriate.
4. Digital Products (if applicable)
If you purchase a digital version of the book (eBook or PDF), these are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed, as digital goods cannot be returned.
However, if you experience technical issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email support@consultingandcoaching.co.uk and include your order details.
