From Business Owner to Business Coach
I didn’t start out as a business coach. I started out as a business owner — making the same mistakes, feeling the same pressures, and asking the same questions that my clients ask me today.
Over a 30-year career, I’ve owned and operated more than 10 businesses across multiple sectors. I’ve experienced rapid growth, scaling challenges, team failures, and the relentless pressure of being responsible for everything. I’ve also experienced the exhilaration of building something that works — a business that grows, that runs without me, and that delivers real financial freedom.
That experience — scaling to over £150 million — is the foundation of everything I do as a coach.
